Has my order been shipped?

To check on your order status, login at the webshop and click on See Orders under My Account. You will receive an email notification from the shipper with tracking information after your order has shipped. We don't keep any shipping records, so make sure your email address is valid.

Completed means shipped. Tracking info does comes per email and only if you did order shipping with tracking. Check your spam folders for the tracking info email before you contact us.
