You do not have to cancel orders that have not been paid yet, except Cash on Delivery. If you need to cancel an order after payment, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We don’t charge costs for cancelling an order, provided it has not entered the shipping process.
If you have placed an order for an item you no longer wish to receive and have already been sent a tracking number, please refuse shipment of the package at delivery. It will then be returned to our warehouse. In case you have already paid for your order, we will refund the full order amount once we have received and processed the returned item(s). You can also use your payment for a new order. In that case our Customer Service will create a credit invoice for you. Shipping costs will also be refunded, but only if you refuse your order at delivery!
We always take great care in maintaining the quality of our products and shipping process. We offer a money-back guarantee should any of your products arrive damaged or broken. We will refund the full order amount and shipping costs. Please contact our Customer Service immediately.
If you are not 100% satisfied with one or more of your products, you may return your order to us. Please note we can only accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt. See specific product exclusions and disclaimers below.
ATTENTION: Always contact our Customer Service first if you want to send something back to us! They will email you a form with further instructions together with an address label for you to attach to the outside of your package. Returned items will only be processed when accompanied by a completed Return form and –address!
- All products must be complete, clean and undamaged in order to qualify for a return
- We prefer to receive the returned products in the original, undamaged packaging whenever possible
- Make sure to wrap all vulnerable products securely. We cannot be held responsible for the return shipment and the state in which the products arrive
- Send us a copy of the original invoice and a completed Return form with your return package
- Make sure you pay for all postal fees otherwise we cannot accept the package
- Fresh and natural products that spoil quickly
- Used products.
- Products with a broken seal.
Once we have approved of your return and in some cases received your return package back at our warehouse (you will be sent an email confirmation), we will send you a new or replacement product to as quickly as possible. In case you do not want to receive a new product, but wish to have you money back, our Customer Service will send you a digital Refund form.
You are responsible for the costs that you made for shipping a return to us if you make use of your Cooling-off period. In case of broken or damaged products, Amsterdamshops will pay these costs. Each return may be subject to a handling fee if the return procedure takes a long time. Normally this amount does not exceed € 5 and will be added to your invoice. After 31 days the right of refund expires.
We will not refund, replace orders that are seized, held or destroyed by customs or are under investigation in some other way. We do not refund Grow kits, Truffles, Spores, Cacti or Herbs as stated in the returns policy.
