Has my order been shipped?

To check on your order status, login at the webshop and click on See Orders under My Account. You will receive an email notification from the shipper with tracking information after your order has shipped. We don't keep any shipping records, so make sure your email address is valid. Completed means shipped. Tracking info does comes per email and only if you did order shipping with tracking. Check your spam folders for the tracking info email before you contact us.


**Packaging** We ship our products by using the Dutch company PostNL. Amsterdamshops assumes all responsabilty for products that do not arrive or arrive with damage, which means that you can returm any damaged products. In case of lost products we will start an investigation in cooperation with PostNL. Packaging We package our products discreetlly, without logos and the name of our shop won’t feature on the package.

Return Policy

Cancel You do not have to cancel orders that have not been paid yet, except Cash on Delivery. If you need to cancel an order after payment, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We don’t charge costs for cancelling an order, provided it has not entered the shipping process.
