* Has my order been shipped? To check on your order status, login at the webshop and click on See Orders under My Account. You will receive an email notification with tracking information after your order has been shipped.
Completed means shipped. Tracking info does comes per email and only if you did order shipping with tracking. Check your spam folders for the tracking info email before you contact us.
* If I am not at home, what will happen to my package?
